Responsibilities Conduct yearly performance reviews Create and maintain / update training manuals (tips and reference documentation) Formal detection, analysis, and follow-up of vulnerable team members (discussions, minutes, and active performance management) Communication of incidents with Upper Management and Administration Creation of monthly / yearly reporting Review vacation / financial leave requests Attend production calls every Friday to discuss accomplishments and plans for the following week Distribution of work among the team Resolution of specific concerns / issues from the team (operational) Constant communication and follow‑ups with new employees, drafting of pre‑evaluations, keeping recruitment, management and HR informed New Tasks Ongoing interaction and communication with team members (1 : 1s, daily / weekly sync‑ups) Authorization of overtime (review with Operations Manager) Production / special recognition bonuses (review with the production manager La Paz and Duluth) PTO authorization Handle administrative write‑ups / active performance management Monthly and weekly meetings with the Operations and Administration (overall performance, team needs, etc.) Incidents handing‑notify upper management or HR when necessary Monitoring of metrics and KPIs, notify Operations Manager if any adjustments are needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
