At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**National Inventory Analyst****Main Purpose**The Inventory Analyst is a member of the National Inventory team and is responsible for daily reconciliation of SAP and WMS. The role entails developing solutions for common system variances using root cause analysis, collaboration, and SAP adjustments. The National Inventory team works with cross functional groups such as BIS, PBSG, C&O, BU, field locations and 3PL teams to resolve issues and provide overall inventory processes/training. The Inventory Analyst supports 8-9 field locations and is responsible for WMS/SAP reconciliation and maintaining system accuracy above 98% daily.**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**- Support 8-9 Field Locations with day-to-day reconciliation activities between WMS and SAP to improve system accuracy- Coach and address inventory system needs of field location inventory teams- Warehouse network reporting responsibilities including the 3PL scorecard and Period Performance Report- Support field locations during ad hoc activities that could include building opens/closures, audits and physical inventories- Lead cross-functional opportunities with distribution centers, 3PL teams, BIS, PBSG, logistics, C&O, finance and co-pack accounting as it relates to inventory accuracy and best practices- Provide analysis and recommendations to managers and supervisors in support of account specific warehouse initiatives and LSS projectsThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career- Have at least 18 months in your current function- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 monthsQualifications:- Ability to work indepentently - due to the remote nature of current state- Ability to multitask - multiple locations/issues at one time- Skilled at thinking through and research data reconciliation items in multiple systems (SAP/WMS/other site systems when available)- High aptitude to learn and navigate multiple operating systems**Non Technical Skills**- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Highly reliable in follow through to completion of open tasks- Strong Excel skills for reconsiliation- SAP experience is a plus but not required given aptitude to learn- Inventory experience a plus
