Overview:Costing team is based in Guadalajara and supports Latin America cost accounting and global lease accounting processes. Collaborate with a global cost accounting that is highly motivated to continuously streamline processes to be “World Class”.Job Qualifications:Position Skills:- General/Cost accounting skills and experience, in conjunction with good analytical skills.- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English.- Team player and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and proven ability to effectively communicate issues and suggest solutions.- Excellent working knowledge of excel, including building of complex models.Experience- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis with public companies.- Experience in US GAAP.- Professional experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.Education- Bachelor of Science in a financial-related discipline.Preferred Qualifications- Certified Public Accountant degree or equivalent degree
