Overview:- The Supervisor, Operational Accounting will report to the US Corporate Office Senior Manager, Operational Accounting and manage two Senior Analysts._ The role will oversee operational accounting related to our global lease portfolio and corporate sales partners. This will also include periodic management reporting.**DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES**:- _ Supervise two senior analysts in support of the monthly cost accounting close for multiple regions_- _ Perform review and approval of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations related to inventory and cost of sales_- _ Perform fluctuation analysis of financial results to help ensure accurate reporting_- _ Support monthly reporting and annual SEC lease footnote_- _ Lead effort to further integrate “Lease Accelerator” with our ERP systems_- _ Assist with US GAAP technical accounting research_- _ Oversee global intercompany billing and settlement activities_**Supervisory Responsibilities**Coordinador/Staff IV: 2 Sr. AnalystJob Qualifications:**Position Skills**- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, including building of complex financial models- Strong financial analysis skills- Ability to lead and mentor staff- Ability to effectively communicate issues and suggest solutions- Experience in lease accounting**Experience**- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis with public companies- Experience in US GAAP- Professional experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred**Education**(Bachelor’s degree, Master, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, high school.)- Bachelor of Science in a financial-related discipline**Preferred Qualifications**- Certified Public Accountant degree or equivalent degree
