Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales strategies.- **Client Engagement**: Present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our services in meeting those needs.- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**: Lead the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and objections, and working to close deals that align with company goals. Secure long-term contracts with new clients.- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success. Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance to help clients maximize the value of our services.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Manager to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to drive continuous improvement of our services.- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales leadership team.**Qualifications**:- Proven at least 1 year of experience as a Bilingual Sales Account Executive, Bilingual Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the intangible service industry.- English level B2 or Above.- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control.- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.- High school diploma or above.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexiblesPago complementario:- Bono de productividad- Bono mensualTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- What are your salary expectations?
