Your responsibilities will include all aspects of bank account management and account funding.**Your Success Profile**:**What You Will Work On**:- Managing, opening, and closing bank accounts, entering payments, and assisting with online banking platforms globally- Monitor and analyze the company's daily cash position to cover cash commitments.- Maintain positive banking relationships with depository banks- Assist with customer collection processes- Work closely with the Finance Operations team to ensure that our payroll accounts across 13+ subsidiaries are accurately funded for our monthly payroll obligations.- Develop a cross-border funding strategy that minimizes the transaction/FX fees paid and reduces the time to fund subsidiaries across markets.- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the company to strengthen our current treasury processes (e.g., collections, payments) across multiple entities.- Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.- Assist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with ad-hoc information requests as needed.- Perform other related duties as assigned.**How You Will Do Your Work**:As a Treasury Operations Specialist, _how_ results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately results in our success as an organization.
