To consistently deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients, we only hire the Top 1% of the best talents and nurture their professional growth on exciting projects.Events Specialist at BairesDevWe are looking for an Events Specialist to support the Events Manager on the identification, listing, evaluation, planning, preparation, execution and reporting of events related to the business directly or indirectly. This professional will help coordinate the activities related to the organization, execution and payment of the events that are created by BairesDev, besides supporting the planning and coordination of the collection of information on the events to support future activities both for the ones we create and for the ones in which the client-faced teams participate.What You’ll Do:- Identify the most relevant events in which our client-faced teams should participate,- Help evaluate the relevance of each event and propose participation or disconsideration.- Support the management of the yearly agenda of events both for participation and execution.- Coordinate the preparation and execution of the events we create.- Support the planning and coordination of the communication of the event internally and externally.- Analyse the results and prepare evaluation reports to be shared with the client-faced teams.- Control the planning and execution expenses according to the described budget for each event.- Distribute and consolidate the survey form to be used at each event to collect information from the participants and/or prospects.- Gather the information collected and prepare reports with insights that can be used to improve the activities.Here’s what we are looking for:- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.- Previous experience with event planning, organization, execution and reporting.- Strong sense of time management.- Attention to details.- Experience with virtual and presential events.- Advanced English level.Desirable:- Experience with B2B events.- Experience with events in the following industries: Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, Technology.- Knowledge of the US events market.- Experience organizing simultaneous events for different areas.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work.- Hardware setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours - make your schedule.- Paid parental leave, vacation & holidays.- Diverse and multicultural work environment.- An innovative environment with the structure and resources of a leading multinational.- Excellent compensation — well above the market average.- Here you can grow at the speed of your learning curve.Our people work remotely but with a consistent and robust culture that promotes diversity and teamwork.
