In your new role you will:- **Provide monthly closing support**, including journal entry preparation, account analysis, and reconciliation, financial reporting to Finance and Operations Management- Calculate and **provide accurate costing**on all special and standard products, supporting analysis of BOMs (Bills of Materials)- **Support monitoring of operations activitie**s (i.e., Production supplies, Repair & Maintenance spending, and usage) to provide timely information for decision-making and cost control- Support plant financial forecast on a quarterly basis within finance and operation teams- **Identify financial status**by comparing and analyzing weekly actual results vs. forecastAssist in identifying and effectively implementing process improvements to streamline closing and report preparation**Your Profile**You are best equipped for this task if you have:- **Proficiency in English**is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds- Proactive contributor with a passion for understanding details and the ability to effectively develop and present financial information to Senior Management- **Excellent communication skills**across all levels, from production floor to Top Management team- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- High competence level with IT tools, such as **SAP and Excel**#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.**As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
