You coordinate personnel and resources, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives. You also have a good command of new product and process industrialization, including ramp-up phases**.**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead, support, and develop production teams by fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement- Oversee compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, ensuring that legal requirements and company policies are always met- Ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes while meeting quality, quantity, and timeline requirements for internal and external customers- Monitor and manage production KPIs, resource planning, and departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with overall operational goals- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), and PDCA methodologies to increase productivity and reduce waste- Detailed planning and execution of new launch activities within Operations, including training personnel on new processes and overseeing process ramp-up phases.- Actively contributes to the site’s leadership team by collaborating across functions (e.g. Quality, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain) to shape and implement strategies that drive operational performance, innovation, and site growth.- Make and approve operational decisions (e.g., vacation planning, overtime, temporary support) in coordination with HR and in line with internal policies.- Safeguard sensitive data and ensure responsible handling of company assets, facilities, and equipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment**WHY JOIN US?**- **You can grow at Aptiv.**Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact**.
