Job Function: Software & Cloud The role:Join our Services team We look forward to learning more about you and exploring how, working together, we can build an outstanding team.**Senior Project Manager**Full Time | Location: MéxicoThe Project Management Office Team Leader (PMO Team Leader) role is a service leadership position and reports to the PMO Lead of LATAM, playing a key role in the local services leadership team. This person will be accountable for the end to end quality of projects and services delivered by the service teams. The PMO Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of all project managers (PM). This person supervises and provides direction to the PM teams. The PMO Leader supports project managers in resolving project issues and customer concerns, and ensuring engagement success criteria are consistently met. The PMO Team Lead will mentor and coach each team lead to ensure continuous improvement of project management and service delivery execution in accordance with the Project Management team.**Role & Responsibilities**:The PMO Leader will further be required to assume the following specific tasks:- Work closely with Services Leaders to introduce standard methodologies and ensure adherence to corporate governance compliance and successful delivery for projects and service engagements.- Ensure projects are implemented with full compliance with our Project Management Methodology, any local project governance requirements, financial processes, financial records and reports and audit follow up.- Ensure service program delivery adheres to the strictest standards of excellence and maintain profitability through proper resource management and allocation.- Coach, mentor, train and otherwise support members of the team.- Responsible for maintaining, supporting and improving on an on-going basis the execution of project governance within the framework of our Project Management Methodology.- Actively leads project issues to resolution.- Responsible for the training and development of each direct report/project manager based on the global service strategy with the support of the Services Leaders.- Leading of individual and team attainment of project profitability, utilization, chargeability, efficiency metrics and any other relevant metrics.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives as an active participant of our organizational change process; develop team’s collection of feedback about possible improvements, issues, and concerns (what is working well, what is not working well) based on feedback from Lessons Learned.- Complete, manage, and maintain Personal Development Plans for each direct report; and ensure standards for PDPs are driven through the entire PMO.- Build reports and analyze the performance of individual team members on a monthly basis; review results of service projects to develop team performance.- Support in recruitment of qualified skill requirements within the team.What we need to see from you:**Education**:- University degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or another relevant degree.- Current PMI Project Management Professional Certification, or other relevant PM or Service Delivery Management certification.**Work Experience**:- Experience in project management.- Experience in dealing with customers and clients and providing a high degree of customer support, education, and service.- Experience in team management and skills development.- Experience in all aspects of project & service management including, financial management, budget management, contract management, risk management, quality management, program management and reporting**Desired Skills**:- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professional Automation System is helpful- Experience with project management of technical solution implementation/deployments and led services.- Experience in Agile, or other delivery methodologies.- Risk management experience is helpful- Results based management experience.**Languages**:- B2 written and verbal communication skills in English**Key Competencies**:- Demonstrates ability to coordinate, communicate and handle tasks to a tight schedule.- Demonstrated understanding of the risk factors associated with project delivery and an ability to mitigate against these.- Ability to delegate, empower, support and inspire team members.- Ability to establish priorities, to plan, and be able to deliver to timelines.- Ability to work long hours in fast-paced, often stressful environment.- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.- Demonstrated ability to mentor staff._________________________________________________________________At SoftwareOne, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect, where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and colleagues, without regard to race, color, r
