The analysis it requires is mainly centered on financial planning.In this role you will perform complex financial analysis assignments, be responsible for providing advice on regulatory, tax and financial planning decisions and coordinate and consolidate annual budgets.This is an Individual contributor role with comprehensive knowledge in specific area.**What You’ll Do for Us**:Partner with Franchise operational finance leaders, Operational Finance Zone Lead and OU CFO to support Franchise and/or local customer activities at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities:- Support franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level- Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiations- Prepare quantitative and qualitative local Bottler/Customer info- Assess Financial implications and optimization of current value chain (use of third party, plant closure )Support all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise, including:- Execution of business models optimization and system top line growth- Bring margins discipline to operational business decisions- Track margins objectives at Franchise level- Leverage the network and execute locally Global margin strategySupport Revenue growth Management:- Support the financial implementation of new business models (Milk JV )- Support Financially all RGM initiatives deployment at Franchise level**Qualification & Requirements**- >2 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance roles.
