Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly-defined problems.- Coordinate and work closely with Sales Engineer and Inside Support as part of a regional team. Team will be expected to achieve assigned annual volume.- Provide technical assistance, motor quotations, project quotations per job specifications for distributors, original equipment manufacturers, and end user customers.- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.- Provide low voltage motor training to regional customers as needed.- Working knowledge of NEMA low voltage motor products.- Provide pricing analysis and authorize special pricing in accordance with Siemens LOA process.- May provide general guidance or train lower-level support staff.**REQUIREMENTS**:- BS/BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred- Knowledge of sales negotiations, engineering processes, customer service and administration management.- Software (SAP, Microsoft office, 3D CAD, continuous improvement tools)- 2-5 years of related manufacturing and motor experience is preferred.- Ability to lead work teams- Ability to generate analysis and business cases for new projects.- Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience.- Excel: advanced- English: advanced**OFFER**:Direct hiring and benefits above the lawPlace: Planta La Tijera, Guadalajara, Jalisco**Organization**: Digital Industries**Company**: Siemens, S.A. de C.V.**Experience Level**: Experienced Professional**Job Type**: Full-time
