Descripción y detalle de las actividadesObjetivo del puesto: Liderar y coordinar todas las operaciones de planta enfocadas en el proceso de **inyección de plásticos**, asegurando cumplimiento de metas de producción, calidad, seguridad y eficiencia. El Gerente de Planta será responsable de gestionar personal, recursos y tecnología para garantizar una operación estable, rentable y orientada a la mejora continua.- Supervisar la operación diaria de líneas de producción por moldeo por inyección.- Coordinar las áreas de producción, mantenimiento, calidad, ingeniería y logística.- Garantizar que los productos cumplan con especificaciones técnicas, estándares de calidad y tiempos de entrega.- Monitorear y mejorar KPIs operativos: OEE, scrap, downtime, productividad, eficiencia de ciclo, etc.- Asegurar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria de inyección y periféricos (robots, chiller, tolvas, etc.).- Validar procesos de arranque, cambio de moldes y condiciones de moldeo.- Impulsar prácticas de mejora continua (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) y cultura de seguridad industrial.- Supervisar el entrenamiento y desarrollo del personal operativo y técnico.- Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería en validación de nuevos moldes, materiales y procesos.- Participar en auditorías internas y externas (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).Experiência y requisitos**Requisitos del Perfil**:- Ingeniería en Plásticos, Industrial, Mecánica o carrera afín.- ** Mínimo 5 años de experiência en plantas de moldeo por inyección**, en puestos de supervisión o gerencia.- Conocimiento técnico profundo de procesos de inyección, materiales termoplásticos, parámetros de moldeo y resolución de fallas.- Experiência con máquinas de moldeo horizontales/verticales y sistemas automatizados.- Dominio de indicadores de planta y manejo de ERP.- ** Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)** - indispensable para interacción con clientes, proveedores y corporativo.- Habilidades de liderazgo, enfoque a resultados, trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones bajo presión.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Moldeo**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Tuno de 10 horas- Lunes a viernes**Salario mensual neto** $15,000 - $25,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
