Overview:**Recruiter -** Fabian Rivera**Position reports to**: Mariana Lizarraga**Work schedule**: Hybrid, going to the office in GDL for 3 days.** STATEMENT**:This position will be supporting recruiting operations activities and sourcing activities. Also, will support on projects that are part of Process Improvement of the Acquisition Center and other activities such as process documentation and communication templates.**DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers.- Support with references and background check activities.- Support with the recruiting report, metrics and KPIs dashboard.- Support the recruiters with the administrative activities of the recruitment process.- Support on the internal audits.- Proactive Recruiting. Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.- Posting job positions (when necessary).- Application of psychometric tests.Job Qualifications:**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:**Technical skills**- Keep up with background check files and reports.- Follow up the recruiting administrative activities.- Experience in process improvement projects.- Ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).**Soft skills**- Ability to work in a results-oriented atmosphere.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Interpersonal skills.- Ability to stay proactive.- Analytic thinking.**Languages**:- High English Proficiency (B2-C1), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English.**Experience**:- At least 6 months of experience in recruiting operations activities.**Education**:- Degree on Human Resources, Business Management or Psychology.
