**Responsibilities**:- Manage consultative customer engagements with deep curiosity to deliver factory services and customer solutioning- Build strong relationships and engagements that identify actionable insights for proposals to evolve and improve the team- Proactively engage with other teams to successfully manage customer projects on schedule that exceed customer requirements- Build partnerships with and manage activities of supporting teams to ensure completion of projects on or ahead of schedule- Proactively communicate project status and manage issues/escalations to resolution and prevention- Help identify innovation through deep curiosity, customer insights, and creative customer solutioning- Support and help drive data analyses to develop insights that help evolve service offerings & solutioning and improve efficienciesEducation and Experience Required- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent- PMP/PMI certification preferred- Typically 6-10 years of experienceKnowledge and Skills- Successful program/project management experiences involving multiple end user customers with a high sense of urgency- Proficient use of and experience with project planning software and tools to create, manage, and track project results- Demonstrated supply chain function and/or service delivery business experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with customers and stakeholders and working with matrixed teams and resources- Data driven, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at customer, partner and senior management levels- Demonstrate growth mindset, agility, drive, and reinvention of the way we think, work, and serve customersImpact/Scope- Collaborates with peers, junior and senior engineers and program managers, technicians, external and internal manufacturing and design partners, and end user business customers- Typically interacts with high- level Individual Contributors, Managers, Directors and Program Core Teams- Leads multiple projects requiring manufacturing engineering development- Drives design innovation- Leads multiple projects requiring product development, engineering development, manufacturing setup, and service deliveryLI-POSTAbout HPYou're out to reimagine and reinvent what's possible—in your career as well as the world around you.Soare we.
