In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you as Quality System Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the standards of the quality management system, promoting and developing the efficiency of the system through the improvement of processes.About work:- Follow-up to Non-conformities detected in internal audits, controlling their compliance and the corresponding status through corrective and/or preventive actions until all of them are closed.- Ensure that the necessary processes for the quality management system will be established, implemented and maintained, verifying that existing documentation is implemented consistently by responsible personnel.- Coordinate and supervise the execution of internal quality audits.- Control of quality management system documentation.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About you:- Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.- Two to five years of experience.- Knowledge of engineering practices.- English 90%.- Knowledge and interpretation of the IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standard.- Knowledge of specific requirements of OEM clients (FORD, GM, PSA, Daimler).- Knowledge and interpretation of the VDA 6.3 standard.- Knowledge of CQI standards.- Knowledge of basic tools and basic statistical tools.- Troubleshooting tools.- Availability to travel.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
