Software Development Specialist Advisor

**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).**Tibco Support AMS - Sr. Analyst**As the API Integration AMS Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for:- L2 and L3 production support including corrective, preventive, adaptive and perfective maintenance.- Taking the ownership of reported issues and making sure that they reach the desired resolution - including troubleshooting, internal communication, and providing feedback on a regular basis.- Making sure the inter and intra team coordination for effective resolution of the incidents.- Supporting and maintaining the Tibco runtime platform.- Leading the activities such as production monitoring, break fix resolution including bridge calls, problem solving, gap analysis and configuration correction.- Meetings with vendor support for any version updates and implementing it in all the environments.- Identifying automation opportunities, reducing manual activities, documenting support activities, and partnering with development team on project and enhancement work.- Notifying, escalating on support failures, managing incident and problem tickets.- Supporting production implementations and post-change validations.- Ensuring quality, maintainability, reusability of automation and core components.**Job Requirements**- 5-8 years of hands-on development/support/maintenance experience working in integration domain Tibco suite of products including Tibco BW, Tibco Administrator, Tibco EMS, Tibco Business Connect, Tibco EDI Messaging Protocols, Tibco SAP Adapter, Tibco Hawk.- 5+ years of experience performing operations support for mission critical, high-performance Tibco integrations, most preferably on Tibco 5.x.- 3+ years of experience in B2B integrations managing the Partner Onboarding including establishing connections over various protocols i.e EDI X12, EDIFACT, EZComm.- Strong technical knowledge and a very good understanding of the various integration patterns.- Experience with Agile & DevOps (Azure and or any other).- Working knowledge of CICD process using Azure DevOps for deployment of Tibco APIs/Services and awareness working with Azure ecosystem.- Hands-on knowledge of different data formats like (XML, JSON, Flat files, etc.).- Experience working with Technology Information Security and Risk teams to implement solutions that adhere to security policies.- Experience using Agile, Scrum and iterative development practices.- Experience creating and maintaining solution documentation.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and clarify complex issues and solutions.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Willing to work on rotation based shift/weekend shift/on-call support.- Adhere & Maintain Response and Resolution within SLA.**Good To Have**- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and experience performing operations support for mission critical, high performance.- Experience with KAFKA.**Required skills****EAI/Integration/Platform Tools**:- Tibco Business Works 5.x- Tibco Enterprise Message Service (EMS) 8.x- Tibco Business Connect (BC) 7.x- Tibco Administrator 5.x- Tibco Designer 5.x- Tibco SAP Adapter 7.x- Tibco Hawk- Azure CI/CD Pipeline- Azure Repos**EDI Standards/Protocols/Transports**:- X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, EZComm, cXML- AS2, HTTP(S), (S)FTP, TCP/IP, VPN/IPSec, SSL/TLS- SOAP, REST, XML**Database**:- SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Cosmos DB**Version Control System**:- Azure Repos**Other tools**:- SOAP UI, EDISIM, SQL Server Management Studio, GEMS, Postman**ERP**:- SAP**About NTT DATA
