Descripción y detalle de las actividadesRealizar la entrada de datos y el mantenimiento de los expedientes de personal. Ayudar a empleados y supervisores con la interpretación básica de las políticas y procedimientos de RR. HH. Participar en el proceso de incorporación. Mantener la información de los empleados mediante la introducción y actualización de datos de empleo y cambios de estatus. Preparar ofertas de empleo. Asegurarse de que la cultura y los valores de la empresa sean coherentes con todos los empleados. Participar en proyectos de RR. HH. (actividades de integración, cursos de desarrollo de empleados, evaluaciones de empleados). Participar en el proceso de contratación. Participar en otros proyectos requeridos por la alta dirección.
