The Data Entry Management Technician is responsible for supporting overall data management, maintaining data integrity and also supporting performance metrics management.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Input data from different sources into computer files or database systems.- Retrieve data/reports from the ERP system or several databases as requested- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes- Verify data by comparing it to source documents- Update existing data- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation**WORKING CONDITIONS**- Location: Mexicali, México- Environment: Manufacturing Facility**SKILLS**:- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service skills.- Ability to take direction verbally- Accurate typing and data entry skills- Excellent attention to detail- Communication and organizational skills- Knowledge of basic computer programs- Bilingual: English- Spanish**EXPERIENCE**:- MS Office proficiency (MS Excel, MS Power Point)- SAP Experience a plus- Data Management & Analysis**EDUCATION**:- Bachelor’s degree (recently completed or in-progress) with an emphasis Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
