Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Review documentation identifying customer requirements.- Accurately input customer orders, service requests, and product data into ERP and CRM systems.- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards.- Generate reports and summaries for internal use and customer follow-ups.- Support the Program Management team with administrative tasks and documentation.- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all processes.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s degree (not required)- Experience in data entry or customer service, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace.- Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Min 50% English- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
