The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of key accounting systems and products, which are driven by upstream business initiatives, regulatory initiatives, and strategic finance programs. What You’ll Be Doing Performing gap analysis Identifying root causes, and escalating issues and risks to the appropriate parties Liaising with stakeholders and team members across various locations and time zones Serving as a link between Finance and Product teams in delivering solutions to support business requirements Supporting the integration of new business initiatives by translating business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements used by engineers to build finance applications Documenting end-to-end delivery process of new applications/features into playbooks to maximise repeatability and scalability Building genuine relationships with product teams What You’ll Need Extensive project change/business analysis experience (exposure to both tactical and strategic solutions preferred) To be ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified/part-qualified Impressive data analysis skills with the ability to write queries for data analysis, interrogation, and report design A detailed understanding of banking IT systems, including trade/transaction processing workflows, from trade/transaction booking to GL entries The ability to work independently with minimal need for guidance/supervision Nice to have Intermediate proficiency in SQL Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
