Our company continues to grow, organically, geographically and through acquisition.**Primary Function**Reconcile Intercompany accounts for the North America business, ensuring balances and transactions are accurate and properly stated.**Supervision**: NA.**Core Responsibilities**:- Reconcile intercompany transactions and work closely with international affiliate to resolve discrepancies.- Book journal entries as required and ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable standards.- Reconcile Intercompany accounts and review the process to identify improvements to enhance the quality of financial reporting and to ensure internal control polices are being followed.- Perform account analysis, variance analysis and other projects as requested by Manager.- Identify, initiate and develop system changes with information technology to improve the availability of financial information, minimizing disruption during implementation and creating efficiencies.- Interact with and support team members. Participate in group problem solving and team activities.- Clearly identify internal customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction both at SCC and business units specially with plants- 4+ years of significant experience in general accounting, accounts payable, financial analysis, reporting or auditing within manufacturing entities in a multinational environment and public companies.- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions and make and support decisions to resolve problems and take advantage of opportunities.- Proven proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite Software Programs (Excel advance, Word, etc)- Experience working with SAP, FICO module- Advanced English**Relocation Available? **No****Job Grade**:F**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
