Therefore, we need talented, innovative people who are passionate about what they do.We are currently looking for a**Materials Operations Analyst****Materials Operations Analyst****Main Purpose**This role is responsible for supporting processes and analytics for production at internal plants and copackers. Perform daily / weekly supply chain functions, such as tracking STOs, shortage reviews, monitoring age of products, KPI and service reporting and scorecarding, and workflow processes.**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**- Accelerate the manufacturing production process by determining what raw materials, components and subassemblies are needed, and when to assemble the finished goods, based on demand and bill of materials (BOM).- Manage SAP parameters and set up new items and ongoing materials to ensure the locations have accurate requirements.- Review and analyze current MRP system parameters for accuracy and updated configurations.- Communicate with shipping and warehouse locations to ensure transfers and shuttles are expeditiously handled in priority order- Assist warehouses and co-packers to ensure inventories are accurate and transactions are entered in a timely fashion- Monitor freshness reports and develop game plans to address product that will not meet freshness goals- Monitor inventories of items that are to be discontinued to eliminate / minimize scrap dollars.Qualifications:**Qualifications/Requirements**- Bachelor´s Degree- Fluent in English- Experience with planning, inventory managements, raw materials, and related.- SAP / Material Planning systems Knowledge- Strong communication, interpersonal and influence management skills.- Strong customer service focus and results orientation.This position is based in Mexico´s City, Mexico.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**INTERNAL CANDIDATES**:- Having worked at least 18 months in your current function.- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years.- Having not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months.
