Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**Key Responsibilities of a Collections Analyst**:Manage customer account balances, including generating past due notices, contacting customers for payment, and documenting responses.-Escalate collection issues to sales and other departments, ensuring follow-up.-Prepare and send periodic statements, monitoring customer payment commitments.-Assess refunds and manage aging credit balances.-Address customer service needs via mailboxes and provide first-contact resolution.-Analyze and assess customer inquiries regarding charges.-Process changes to payment terms and account setups.-Review and analyze aging accounts, initiating actions like blocking when necessary.-Handle customer portfolios, including back-office tasks and generating region-specific reports.-Manage complex and group accounts, addressing payment term escalations.-Negotiate promise-to-pay agreements.-Prioritize customer centricity and investigate customer status.**Requirements**:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economy, or related fields. -Prior experience in a customer service setting desire-Basic knowledge of accounting principles.-Advance english ( mandatory)**Compensation and Benefits**Salary Range $ - $ USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
