Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**Marketing Associate - Endoscopy (Mexico)****Purpose Statement**Manage the marketing process for marketing, increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance. Support marketing operations’ overall mission of continuous improvement in marketing processes.**Key Responsibilities**- Manages and executes the process across franchise for marketing, setting new standards for efficiency and compliance.- Makes recommendations on how to continually improve the LAR process and supporting IT/database infrastructure.- Educates others on how to most effectively and efficiently comply with LAR process.- Communicates proactively to all stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines and logistics.- Develops strong relationships with key internal customers.- Tracks metrics on LAR performance.- Prepares for and undertakes compliance audits.- Assists with other marketing operations projects as time allows.**Quality System Requirements**In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.**For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable**:- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.**Job Scope and Leveling Guidelines****Knowledge****Problem-Solving**Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
