Mexico, Chile & Peru). You will also play a pivotal role in incorporating learnings into our products and program, thereby enhancing, and expanding the influence of our work.**Key Responsibilities**:**Operational Excellence & Data Management**- Assist in the creation and maintenance of frameworks for tracking and monitoring key process indicators of the different programs- Support the development of the Foundation programs data and learning strategy, including maintaining and updating data dashboards- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, working closely with the data management team.- Facilitate easy access to data for the WF programs, ensuring teams can derive insights and understand progress**Support in Strategy Execution**- Collaborate with the Impact team to ensure data is collected, managed, and stored efficiently.- Work alongside the Program teams in developing short- and long-term impact measurement plans.- Contribute to team-level reflection, learning processes, and data-driven insights to illustrate program progress and impact.- Ensure the WF program's data is well-documented and available for organizational reporting and discussions.**Skills & Experience**- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, startup, social enterprise, or a corporate environment.- Demonstrated ability in data management, analysis, and deriving actionable insights.- Strong operational focus, ensuring tasks are completed timely and accurately- Comfort with technology, software, and data-driven tools- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English- Team-player with an orientation towards "Quality at Scale- Good problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks**Additional Desirable Skills**- Prior experience of working with startups, skilling or livelihoods space- Experience working in diverse teams and cross-cultural environments.
