Job Function: SW&C Marketplace Delivery The role: We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Procurement Associate **SoftwareOne** Scope: Full-time | Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery | Location: MX city The Associate Procurement collaborates closely with SoftwareOne's Local Procurement and Sales Teams. This involvement encompasses the entire process lifecycle, including tasks such as managing customer data, handling price inquiries, overseeing renewals, and ensuring the seamless processing of orders. The Associate's role significantly enhances customer relationships and optimizes operational efficiency throughout these processes. **What does a day-to-day look like in this role.** - Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships. - Research all relevant information required to complete tasks. - Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers (Independent Software Vendors) to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
