Key Responsibilities- Analyze, develop, and optimize production methods and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.- Design the layout of equipment and work areas to achieve maximum operational efficiency.- Troubleshoot existing product and process issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.- Create and maintain essential documentation, including work instructions (SOPs), technical specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Design, Supply Chain) to ensure the manufacturability of new products and manage their successful introduction (NPI).- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new or existing methods and procedures.- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and quality regulations.Requirements & Qualifications- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive, electronics, medical device, or a similar industry.- **Technical Skills**:- Deep knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).- Experience using CAD tools (e.g., ProE, SolidWorks, or others).- Demonstrated skills in problem analysis and conflict resolution.- Experience managing ERP/MRP systems (preferred).- **Languages**: Advanced English (spoken and written) is essential for communication with global operations and suppliers.- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication skills, project leadership abilities, capacity to work in a team, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $45,000.50 - $56,188.34 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
