Do you want to get your career off the ground with us?To strengthen our Group Manufacturing IT team at any RONAL GROUP location in CZ, MX, PL, or PT, we are looking for a motivated individual for the following position:Manufacturing Solutions Engineer (MES)100% (M/F/d)We are seeking a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer to be responsible for the deployment and operations of effective digital solutions for manufacturing. This role integrates new technologies and platforms to optimally support the management of shop floor operations.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Design and implement software solutions for data-driven manufacturing, focusing on enhancing production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness- Develop data acquisition and management systems to support manufacturing operations- Design, develop, and implement MES solutions to support manufacturing operations- Lead MES-related projects from concept through implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to ensure data quality and identify optimization opportunities- Support the innovation process to identify digital solutions with substantial benefits- Stay updated on manufacturing and industry trends, such as Industry 4.0 and IIoT**YOUR PROFILE**:- Professional education, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development or a related field- At least 2 years of practical and proven work experience in a similar position in the manufacturing area or comparable- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, and SQL- Experience in CSS, HTML, and other web development technologies is a plus- Experience with source code management tools such as Git- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques- Familiarity with manufacturing processes- Excellent command of English, German is preferred.
