With deep heritage and expertise in retail - one of the world's most competitive markets, with a deluge of multi-dimensional data - dunnhumby today enables businesses all over the world, across industries, to be Customer First.**dunnhumby** employs nearly 2,500 experts in offices throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas working for transformative, iconic brands such as Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro.**Category & Store Solutions Consulting Director LatAm. **We're looking for a talented Category & Store Solutions Consulting Director who will have the opportunity to bring their deep Category Management, Price & Promotions experience and regional knowledge to drive the growth of our clients, our people and our business through selling, deploying and innovating world class capabilities.As part of the leadership team within our Americas Consulting and Latin American region, you and your team will partner with our Commercial team to understand our clients' needs and develop, utilize and deploy our Category Management and Price & Promotions resources to support the delivery of compelling product and service solutions.Through conducting quality reviews, you will ensure excellent standards and profitability is delivered and that value add is measured for all client projects.Finally, you will ensure dunnhumby maintains its position as a thought leader in the industry and lead on innovation projects with clients in the LatAm markets, gaining sponsorship, funding where possible and building compelling Category Management and Price & Promotions case studies based on innovation and value add for clients.**What we expect from you**- Location: The professional can be located in Latam: Bogota/Medellin (COL), São Paulo (BR), Santiago (CL) or Monterrey (MXN)- Strong understanding of traditional Category Management and Price & Promotions approaches in both retail and manufacturer context- Broad experience of working with retailers and manufacturers in embedding data-led customer insight in existing category management and Price & Promotions processes, particularly aligning retailer's category priorities to overall business strategy.- Proven expertise in customer-centric category insight, assortment and merchandising solutions- Experience in supporting sales cycles and pre-sales activities- Previous delivery of consulting and thought leadership in category management and/or Price & Promotions and a passion to be at the forefront of the region in terms of customer experience, data and insight- Team leadership of SME and consultants- Speaks Fluent Spanish and English**What you can expect from us**We won't just meet your expectations.
