There is no greater expert operating in the logistics market, and no company is better positioned to offer global, end-to-end supply chain services than Choice.**Position Overview**The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for entering assigned vendor invoices into the system, focusing on accuracy and timeliness. The AP Analyst will correspond with vendors to address invoicing issues and request copies of current statements for reconciliation.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Recording all assigned vendors invoices in Great Plains- Respond to all vendor inquiries in a timely manner- Obtain appropriate authorization on received invoices and follow up on pending authorizations- Accurate electronic filing of vendor invoices and supporting documentation- Correspond with vendors as needed to address invoicing issues- Contact assigned vendors to obtain current statement of account- Reconcile vendor statements against invoices posted to Great Plains**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills- Strong multi-tasking skills; must manage responsibilities under strict deadlines- Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain/Logistics companies a plusPay: $25,000.00 - $27,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Remote - Mexico: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
