We are committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:**Project Planning and Coordination**:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Coordinate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure fire protection codes and standards adherence.**Team Leadership**:- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle.- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among team members.**Budget Management**:- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to budgetary constraints.- Prepare and submit cost estimates and budget forecasts to upper management and stakeholders.**Quality Assurance**:- Ensure that all work performed meets industry standards and complies with local, state, and federal regulations.- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify the integrity and functionality of fire protection systems.**Client Communication**:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones, and any changes to scope or timelines.**Risk Management**:- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring mínimal disruption to timelines and client satisfaction.**Documentation and Reporting**:- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.- Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.**Qualifications**:**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, fire protection technology, or a related field preferred.**Experience**:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the fire protection, construction, or related industry.**Certifications**:- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.**Knowledge**:- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations.**Skills**:**Project Management**:- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.**Leadership and Communication**:- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.**Technical Proficiency**:- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.**Working Conditions**:**Work Environment**:- Work may occur in diverse settings, including construction sites, commercial buildings, and residential properties.**Physical Demands**:- This may require working in confined spaces and at elevated heights.**Schedule**:- Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as needed to meet project demands.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por periodo de pruebaDuración del contrato: 12 mesesSueldo: A partir de $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPago complementario:- Bono de productividad- Bono trimestralTipo de jornada:- De guardia- Fines de semana- Incluye fines de semana- Lunes a viernes- Rotativo- Turno de 8 horas- Turno mixtoPregunta(s) de postulación:- Tienes experiência en "change orders" ?Experiência:- cinco: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- ingles (Obligatorio)Ubicación:- 22010, Tijuana, B.C.
