Lead maintenance crews in the installation, corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the plant, facilities and utilities.**Main Responsibilities**- Oversee Maintenance of processes in order to reduce maintenance downtime.- Keep product flows and production lines running at maximum efficiency and capacity.- Lead teams of maintenance mechanics, electricians and robotics in predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance in all productive equipment's.- Automation maintenance and programming (FANUC, PLC)**Position Requirements**- Engineering Degree- Advanced English (Writing, spoken)- Experience in:- Maintenance Systems- Automation- GMAW / TIG / Resistance Welding- Tooling (Fixtures)- Cold Joining Technologies- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
