Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Role**Responsible for planning and supervising the production process and on-time shipment of materials with local and foreign suppliers, maintaining the optimal inventory level requested by the organization- Develops and executes material planning for a product line, ensuring that all material requirements of assigned programs are met within the established timeframe.- Organizes the flow of materials within the manufacturing unit and their transfer to and from the inventory or warehouse.- Generates forecasts and manages replenishment planning of parts and materials to ensure compliance with specified service levels.**Education requirement**:- Bachelor’s degree in international business, International Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers- Intermediate/Advanced English Level**Decision Making and Critical Thinking**- High level: Ability to analyze information objectively, critical thinking for decision-making in different areas within the supply chain- Intermediate Excel handling**Problem Solving**- High level: Ability to identify obstacles and restrictions that prevent reaching objectives, analyze and look for different alternatives to solve problems that avoid reaching an undesired result**Relationship Management**- High/intermediate level: Create and maintain a good relationship with different stakeholders and suppliers, understand the needs of the company.**Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP)**- High level: Knowledge of the MRP System for procurement and hedging of purchased materials for production plans- Intermediate SAP system management (purchasing modules)- Green Belt, APICS certification**Additional information**:- Shift from Monday to Friday- Location: Ciénega de Flores planta 5- Don’t forget to include a resumé in English in your profile in Workday- Domestic Relocation assistance is available for this position.**Final details****The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select, and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
