German freight forwarder with global operations is looking for talent like**Crossborder Team Leader****Your Responsibilities**- Develop and execute international transport operation schemes (models), according to requests and quotes from the commercial area.- Develop operation plans and operational monitoring with clients through a supported team of operational analysts in monitoring 24/7.Develop improvement initiatives in current operations and according to volumetric opportunities by the client.- Manage a team of 3 Crossborder executives**Your Profile**- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or international Trade required.- Advanced english2 years of experience in operation, according to cross-border (Mexico-USA-Canada) market.- Experience leading cross-functional teams and ability to engage and influence stakeholders.- Ability to build sustainable relationships and partnership, inspire followership, lead and manage laterally and through others.- Entrepreneurial spirit - externally oriented and inquisitive, proactive, resourceful.- Proven Experience building effective cross-border businesses or relationships.- Experience and know-how of ERP, TMS, CRM systems.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 11000, Ciudad de México
