El Ingeniero de manufactura es responsable de la seguridad, calidad, productividad de su departamento asi como dar soporte para mantener los equipos corriendo, por otro lado tambien se requiere que este en busqueda de la mejora tanto de la tecnologia como de los procesos de trabajo. Este puesto debe de hacer uso de la implementación de la metodología Lean y Trabajo Estandarizado para mejorar la posición de costos de la empresa.Responsabilidades;1. Mantener equipos y procesos trabajando para el logro de la meta de produccion2. Cumplimiento a los estandares y politicas de EHS.3. Cumplimiento al plan de control y sistema de calidad.4. Asegurar la mejora continua atraves de la utilizacion de herramientas RBS.5.Asegurar mejoras de productividad a travez de mejoras en tiempo de ciclo6. Trabajar en proyectos que ayuden en la reduccion de scrap7. Cumplimiento a metricos financieros (control de gasto).8. Trabajo con el equipo multifuncional para mejora de la operación revisando y mejorando metricos operativos preestablecidos.9.
