Operations Manager, Remote Assistance

**About the Team**:**About the Role**:We're looking for an experienced and driven **Operations Manager** to lead our **Remote Assistance (RA)** operations in support of autonomous vehicle testing and deployment. You'll oversee a team of remote operators responsible for assisting delivery robots in public road environments, ensuring high operational performance, safety, and efficiency.This role requires a strong balance of leadership, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and training teams. You'll be responsible for resource planning, performance management, and day-to-day support of live operations.
