We are seeking a results-driven and strategic
Operations Manager

to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality across all operational functions while aligning with company goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced team leader with a proven ability to streamline processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure consistent execution of key processes
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with department heads (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to support business objectives
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as process automation and system upgrades
  • Manage resource allocation for operational activities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations leadership or management.
  • Strong understanding of operational systems, KPIs, and process optimization
  • Previous experience in a Contact Center (minimum 6 months).
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • English proficiency
