**Responsibilities**- Collaborate with business units to gather information and perform financial analysis of variances, trends, and patterns, in order to deliver accurate forecasting based on the analyzed data.- Maintain effective communication with departments such as Customer Success, Purchasing, Materials, Production, and Engineering for account reconciliations and the management of operational and capital expenses, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.- Monitor and oversee KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis across accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and controlling areas.- Conduct detailed analyses of logistics costs, identifying areas of opportunity and cost reduction, considering global movements and trends.- Support financial reviews during month-end closings and perform monthly book analysis.- Follow up on cost-reduction initiatives, identifying their financial impact.- Contribute to the improvement and development of financial models for operational analysis and planning.**Knowledge and Skills**- 3+ years of experience in a similar role- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field- Advanced user of SAP, particularly finance modules- **Advanced level of English**- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
