The **Quality Manager** is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality system. This includes ensuring all assemblies and subassemblies meet internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements (**FDA, MILSPECS, UL, ISO, QS**), while driving continuous improvement.- **Key Responsibilities**_- **Quality System Oversight**: Develop, implement, and maintain the quality system, including inspection systems, policies, procedures, and corrective actions. Conduct internal audits.- **Compliance & Performance**: Ensure compliance with quality objectives and effectiveness of corrective measures. Coordinate inspection procedures (raw material, in-process, final product). Analyze process performance using statistical data to improve efficiency, cycle times, product quality, and reliability.- **Innovation & Integration**: Stay current with new quality techniques, systems, and test equipment, adapting and implementing them. Participate in the planning and transfer of new products or changes.- **Certifications & Regulations**: Manage quality systems and applicable certifications (**ISO, QS, FDA**), including documentation and records. Oversee equipment calibration. Represent the company to regulatory and certification agencies (e.g., **ASQ**).- **Customer & Supplier Focus**: Directly address failure analysis, customer complaints, and information requests. Develop and maintain **Supplier Quality Programs** in coordination with other departments.- **Team Leadership**: Select, train, motivate, and develop the **Quality Department staff**. Manage performance, foster interdepartmental harmony, and facilitate **Continuous Improvement Programs** (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) for managerial staff.- **Department Management**: Prepare and manage department objectives and budgets. Validate and authorize **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**.- **Requirements**:_- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or related field.- More than 5 years of managerial level experience within the quality area.- Advanced English.- Certification Desirable (ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).- Strong communication and leadership skills.Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Hofusan Industrial Park, N.
