We are focused on campus, branch, mobility and the IoT to transform business models with the combined power of compute, context, control and secure connectivity.**Aruba LATAM Order Operations Manager**Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of supervisors and individual contributors providing general, administrative and strategic operational excellence support for sales processing and order fulfillment for an organization**How You´ll make your mark**- Ensures proper and timely execution of sales processing activities for assigned teams across multiple areas, including creating quotes, performing pricing, registering information and producing documentation, order execution, billing and invoice production and configuration of order systems to meet client requirements- Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing initiatives- Creates and execute plans for business growth and stability, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated, and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.- Communicates activity status and escalates issues to direct managers, program managers, and internal and external sales partners.- Manages relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs- ensures that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with internal and external resources.- Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.- Provides people-care management for assigned team members, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development- ensures that proper knowledge and career development tools are in place to support ongoing team member and process development.- Oversee the development and maintenance of effective partnerships with channel distributors including Value Added Distributors, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and Value Added Resellers- Oversee the processing of Return Material Authorization requests consistent with company policy and obtaining all key information and proper approvals- Embrace and support overall company efforts to process new forms of orders such as cloud-based subscription business.**_ About You: _**- First level university degree or equivalent experience- Significantly experienced in supply chain processes, business operations, strategy and demand- People management experience- Previous experience supporting LATAM region preferred- Experience in SAP and SFDC case management preferred- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team building, and conflict resolution.- Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage human capital across geographies to drive workforce development and achieve desired results- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills- Mastery in English- Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive knowledge in sales processes and systems- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skillsJoin us and make your markWe offer:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?Then let’s stay connected**Job**:Supply Chain & Operations**Job Level**:Manager_1**Hewlett Packard Enterprise is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.**HPE will comply with all applicable laws related to the use of arrest and conviction records, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and similar laws and will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.
