**Job Title: Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Agent****Salary**:- **Starting Pay**: $5 USD per hour- **Performance-Based Pay**: Potential for pay increase based on experience and performance- **Bonus**: $5 USD for each appointment that leads to a sale- **Payment Method**: Monthly via Remitly (requires setting up an account to receive payments directly to your bank)We are a construction company based in Houston, TX, seeking motivated and skilled Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Agents to join our team. As a telemarketing agent, your primary responsibility will be to cold call homeowners and persuade them to schedule a free estimate for various home improvement services.**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for home improvement services- Schedule appointments for free estimates with interested homeowners- Provide clear and persuasive information about our services- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments**Requirements**:- **Experience**: Previous telemarketing or cold calling experience is required- **English Proficiency**: Must have C1 or C2 level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing- **Skills**: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential- **Equipment**: Must have a computer, fast and reliable internet connection, and a headset. We will provide the dialer and CRM software.- **Availability**: Must be able to work the specified hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST)- **Breaks**: Two 30-minute breaks (12:00 PM - 12:30 PM CST and 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM CST)**Additional Information**:- Training will be provided on the first day to familiarize you with our services and calling strategies- This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth based on performance- Fast hiring processWe look forward to hearing from youPay: $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
