Prepares financial reports, cash flow analysis, credit review, and negotiate structured financing arrangements. Develop and maintain customer database including calls and results on all new and existing business relationships.**Role Objectives: Delivery**:Using a variety of products (market research, statistic data, financial reports), create solutions for new and existing clients. Market project finance by interacting daily with potential clients and investors and creating business opportunities. Develop and maintain customer database including calls and results on all new and existing business relationships. Review pre-qualification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk of financing requests within framework of established risk and credit guidelines. Oversee preparation and delivery of pitch materials and offering memorandums including research, financial modeling, and transaction narratives. Achieve origination and commitment targets by client and asset types through development of performance standards and production goals for teams and staff. Monitor progress on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with existing risk parameters. Monitor book of business and recommend remedial actions. Supervise account operations including transaction processing, delinquencies and customer complaints.**Role Objectives: Interpersonal**:Expand business through relationships with clients and agencies. Grow business opportunities and improve information exchange through relationships with legal/compliance/back office/credit/risk management and coverage units. Network within the industry through meetings, events, and involvement with real estate organizations. Represent the bank through proactive participation in community, charitable, business, and social activities, to allow for maximum client and customer contact. Ensure project finance is well represented in long- and short-term planning and new product development. Facilitate relationships with auditors and regulators.
