This is a unique opportunity to not only join an amazing company, but also be part of our professional services team in Mexico.About the RoleThis position will be a hybrid, in-office role in our Guadalajara (Zapopan) office.As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.Key Areas of Responsibility- Master at least 2-3 modules in the Workday HCM product suite- Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing.- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.- Assist the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.- Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.- Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.About YouBasic Qualifications- 3+ years of functional experience in HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation or Learning software systems- 3+ years Consulting experience.- English communication skills, written and verbalOther Qualifications- 3+ years of functional experience in HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation or Learning software systems- 3+ years Consulting experience.- English communication skills, written and verbal-- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred- Passion for customer service- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.- Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
