You must be bilingual and speak easily understandable English. For most campaigns will be in english, very few will be in spanish.We are looking for an experienced appointment setter. Using automated dialing software, you will be calling a few hundred people a day.This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, with paid US holidays off. We are making calls during Pacific standard time shifts.**Skills and Experience Must have**:- Fluency in English and Spanish. Spoken English should be mínimally accented.- 3+ years experience of B2C or B2B sales targeting US customers.- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with leads and customers.- Ability to handle high work volume efficiently.- Sense of urgency and multitasking skills.- Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks- Previous full/part-time remote work experience.**Technical Requirements**- Modern desktop or laptop with Chrome browser.- Noise canceling microphone.- Stable high-speed internet connection (at least 5mbps upload and 20 Mbps download).- Back up cell phone data plan for storm outages.**Compensation**- Weekly salary 1,500 MXN.- Commission Per Appointment that turns to a sale: 6,000 MXN- You should average 3 appointments per week.**hours**- This position is part time and 20 hours a week.- Hours are 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (shifts available in 4 hour increments)- Monday through Friday ( On Friday Hours commence at 5:00PM PST )- You are paid for the minutes you are actively on the phone in the dialer.- Reply to this job post or upload a document stating your name, the 4 hours per day you want to work and your phone number so we can call you on whats app.**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, ContractContract length: 3 monthsPart-time hours: 20 per weekPay: From $95.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
