We are looking for someone with the following: Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering Experience in Automotive Industry (7‑10 years) Minimum 5 years of experience in DC electric motors, (direct current) Experience handling projects for transferring lines and/or installations of new lines Knowledge of project and product costing Advanced English (Will be in constant communication with Corporate) Use of Softwares: Autocad/Solidworks, Tia Portal (PLC) is a plus, Labview is a plus Knowledge in norms and aplicable legislations APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Lean manufacturing, Interpret drawings Knowledge in methologies to handle the area Develop Work instructions and procedures Error Proofing or Pokayoke Involvement in reduction of scrap SOFT SKILLS Respectful Effective Comunication Organized Analytical and structured mindset Coaching / Mentor What to Do Next Now that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for Apply today and allow us the opportunity to learn more about you and the value you can bring to our team.
