If you are looking for a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth, this position is for you**Job Title**: Manufacturing Engineer**Department**: Manufacturing**Reports to**: Engineering Manager**Role Purpose**:Ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes for value-added HCS-related products at HARTING Mexico Manufacturing, driving continuous improvement in quality, methods, and audit performance.**Key Responsibilities**:- Plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes.- Implement continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma).- Prepare PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.- Select machinery and tooling suppliers for new production lines.- Analyze products/processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.- Lead automation projects and line balancing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective and preventive actions.- Comply with quality policies and objectives (ISO 9000, IATF 16949).**Requirements**:- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing (electronics/cable).- Advanced English.- Knowledge of electrical connectors, pneumatics, SAP, CoreTools.- Certification or experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.- Automotive industry experience preferred.**Key Competencies**:- Leadership and teamwork.- Customer and results orientation.- Innovation and attention to detail.- Ethics and environmental/social responsibility.**Preferred**:- Experience in electrical/electronic component assembly.**Why HARTING?**- Global leader in industrial connectivity.- Culture of innovation and continuous improvement.- Professional development and internal growth opportunities.
