Our **Creative Department is growing fast**, and we’re looking for a **versatile Content Designer** who excels in both **graphic design and short-form video editing**.**What You’ll Be Doing****Design Execution**- Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs with attention to hierarchy, typography, and layout- Execute design tasks quickly without sacrificing quality**Video Editing**- Edit short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts using **Capcut**:- Add hooks, captions, text overlays, music, and transitions- Ensure final assets are clean, polished, and aligned with platform trends**Creative Collaboration**- Work from briefs created by an Art Director or Project Lead- Communicate progress clearly and meet deadlines- Help bring campaigns to life through static and motion-based design- Contribute ideas to creative brainstorms**Must-Have Qualifications**- 3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation- **Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator**:- **Proficiency in Canva (non-negotiable)** and Capcut- Strong understanding of layout, color, and typography- Comfortable editing scroll-stopping short-form content- Experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment- Reliable communication and project tracking via Slack, ClickUp, and Google Drive**Bonus Points If You Have**:- Understanding of performance creative, paid social, or conversion-focused design- Knowledge of motion graphics or animationsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $38,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- How many years of experience do you have working as a content designer, video editor, or in a similar role?
