-Job description**Role purpose**Provide support to Employee Relations team to carry out tasks such asInvestigation proccess - disseminating information, drafting presentations and documents file and document management and being responsible for Triage process to ensure alignment to internal and external policies.**Main activities**- Responsible for Triage: analysis, classification, evaluation and risk rating of cases reported by employees- Investigation end-to-end of cases reported by collaborators related to: Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination, Bad Practices and other via Interviews, Climate Surveys Labor & conflict resolution between employees.- Platform management (Sharepoints, Service Now, People Soft).- Executive reports and presentations, information management and KPIs- Audits and monitoring at a documentary level.- Paticipate at Anti-Bullying Training for Managers- Provide assessment for cultural media-contents- Preparation and documentation of internal processes.- Translation of documents from English to Spanish (internal policies and processes)Requirements- Fluent English & Spanish- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Psychology, Law or similar- Desirable skills: communication, organization, teamwork
