Sales Administrator (Sales Support/Commercial Admin)Job Summary: The Sales Administrator provides essential support to the sales team, assisting with various administrative functions including parts orders and expediting, customer analytics, CRM administration, contract management, event coordination, and logístical support for sales leadership. This role ensures smooth operations across multiple areas of the sales process, with a focus on helping drive overall sales success.Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain CRM (D365 platform), ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for sales teams.- Provide contract management support utilizing current FLS guided contracting principles., Common tasks include drafting, tracking, and renewing contracts as needed.- Coordinate with service centers to support rebuilds and other service-related activities for customers.- Organize and support customer-facing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.- Assist customer service with order coordination and expediting, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of orders.- Assist SIOP and Inventory planning team with inventory management and reporting including monitoring and ensuring inventory changes are implemented.- Assist in analytics work to understand customer purchasing behavior, trends, and historical spending patterns.- Oversee sales promotions, including handling client giveaways, ensuring inventory levels, and coordinating distribution.- Provide travel and logistics support for the sales management team, coordinating travel schedules and accommodations.- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials required by the sales team.- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and initiatives.Qualifications:- Full English proficiency (both written and verbal).- 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (experience with D365 is a plus).- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.- Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or sales promotions is a plus.FLSmidth is the leading supplier of engineering, equipment and service solutions to customers in the mining and cement industries - for more information please visit
